Housekeeping and childcare

I am a mother of a family with 2 boys, a 6 years old and an 3 year old attending daycare. I work full time from Sunday to Thursday and I'm looking for help in housekeeping my small 2bedroom apartment, in addition to taking care of children after school hours and as needed. I prefer helper with background in childcare or education. Since my apartment is small, helper will have a private bedroom and bathroom in separate house which is a few minutes away from where I live (I will arrange transportation)
