I need housekeeper

I am from Saudi Arabia , Dammam city my family consist of 4 kids and my wife (13 years girl, 10 years boy, 8 years girl and 1.5 years girl) I am living in apartment of 7 rooms one kitchen and 3 toilets and soon I will buy my own big house. I have my own house in my hometown Taif city where I go there in my vacations usually two times per year. I need a house helper help us in cleaning the house washing clothes ironing make the house always clean and organized, helping my wife in preparation for cooking food. during school days should wakeup at 5:30 am and prepare breakfast for the kids before they go to school. Should learn how to make Arabic coffee and sometimes some Arabic food light meals. Should speak English clearly I prefer single with at least experience in Saudi Arabia or gulf countries. Also I prefer to have a driving license because I have two cars she can take the kids to school or can buy things from grocaries. Salary will be ranged from 1200 SAR to 1500 SAR **** USD) upon the agreement . I will provide Free food, free internet and anything she might need.Should be hardworker and have time management skill.
